A weekly accelerator program for start-ups, in collaboration with the European Institute of Innovation & Technology
Entrepreneurship, service design, business plan, human-centered approach and many more trainings were offered during an intense week.

This weekly accelerator program was designed for five startups from Israel, Spain, the Netherlands, and Greece. This initiative was a joint effort between among, Industry Disruptors, and the EIT Jumpstarter program of the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT).
The program aimed to strengthen the business knowledge and skills of the startups, ultimately contributing to the growth of Europe’s innovation landscape.
The program was built around five key themes, each focusing on a different aspect of entrepreneurship:
1) Introduction to management, leadership & business development
Participants were introduced to essential concepts and competencies required to successfully manage a business. The focus was on developing leadership skills and learning from best practices through case studies of successful companies.
2) Competitive research & go-to-market strategy
This session covered market analysis, competitor insights, and the development of effective market entry strategies. Entrepreneurs learned how to position their products or services in a competitive landscape and explored strategies for entering the market.
3) Business Model Canvas
On the third day, the focus shifted to Business Model Canvas, a strategic tool that visually maps out key elements necessary for running a successful business. Participants refined their business models, ensuring a clear understanding of their value proposition, customer segments, revenue streams, and more.
4) Service design & user experience
Participants were introduced to service design methodology, and user-centered approach. They explored how to align their service or product with their target customers’ needs. The session provided practical tools to help businesses recognise, study, and design around a customer experience.
5) Roadmap creation
The final day focused on developing a roadmap for the future, outlining the steps that startups needed to take in order to move forward successfully.
Each day featured a guest expert, providing valuable insights to the participants. This intensive week provided startups with the knowledge, strategies, and tools necessary to strengthen their business foundation and accelerate their growth in the European innovation ecosystem.
