We envision an inclusive, resilient society that creates participatory, sustainable solutions for the emerging social challenges.
We (re)design projects and services that face the social challenges in Greece in an organized, systematic and participatory way, using modern methodologies and taking into account the real needs of citizens
We organize interactive trainings in the methodologies we use (project management, service design, systemic impact, participatory processes)
We create systems for the effective transfer of knowledge from good practices
We adapt innovative methodologies and tools in Greek reality
We support the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Our focus is on 6 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that have been announced in the United Nation’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development based on the way we, as a company, can help in solving global issues through our organisations’ structures, services and projects.
Goal 3.8: Achieve universal health coverage. We support the “Help at Home” program through redesigning services.
Goal 4.4: Substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills. We offer digital toolkits and free access to skill learning workshops.
Goal 5.5: Ensure each gender’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making. We created the largest community of young professionals in Thessaloniki, together that aims to network/connect, empower and enhance work-life balance.
Goal 8.3: Promote development-oriented policies that support entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation. We co-design organisations strategies, enhance skills (soft skills) and train organisations to have a more systemic impact.
Goal 8.5: achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all employees. We have structured our organisation so that we can offer continuous support and guidance within a team environment and we respect the human needs of our employees.
Goal 8.8: protect labor rights and promote safe and secure working environments for all workers. We support rights in the workplace and we create a safe and just/fair working environment of cooperation. Through our projects we support our local economy and businesses.
Goal 11: Make cities and communities sustainable. We have coordinated green energy and e-mobility outreach programs such as the Voltaro event (2016-2022).
Goal 17.6: Knowledge Sharing and Cooperation for Access to Science, Technology and Innovation. We work with institutions in over 11 countries, aiming to strengthen and exchange knowledge and innovation tools, as well as to develop cooperation on equal terms.
Our team has been methodically organizing projects, services and workshops for over 15 years. We do not focus that much on the number of years, but mostly on the impact we have (co) created.
We respect our employees and their time, we invest in our network and in initiatives that we believe can change the world, we reflect on the environmental footprint of our actions and we take a stand on socio-political issues that express the values we stand for.
Having worked in 11+ countries and in dozens of cities in Greece, we have acquired a network with the best and most innovative professionals in Greece and abroad, whom we trust, consult and seek their creative criticism.
We work with local authorities that want to create or improve a project or a service. This happens in a participatory way, with careful use of resources and maximum impact. With emphasis on the systemic solution of social challenges (systemic impact).
We address institutions that promote innovation, research and experimentation and seek interactive user research, participatory processes and impact dissemination.
Departments of social corporate responsibility (CSR) of private companies that seek the effective solution of a significant social challenge, financial management of resources and emphasis on the impact that responds to social needs.
Civil society actors who want to harness their strengths and resources by creating sustainable projects, are vision-oriented, have a measurable impact (impact assessment) and respond to citizens’ needs (user needs).
Institutions that seek systemic thinking in solving the challenges they study, put emphasis on the roots of a problem and the creation of specific models to its solution (systemic procedures).
