How can you implement projects that effectively respond to society’s needs, engage citizens in a participatory way and contribute to systemic change?
Every phase of a project has to be carefully designed, especially when resources are limited.
We have designed and coordinated a large number of projects that bring positive social change: From transforming schoolyards into accessible community spaces, to raising citizens awareness interactively on issues of sustainable mobility.
We always begin from the needs of the user, the resident, the public (user research). We involve all stakeholders, professionals and citizens (participatory design). We identify the vision, the goals and the best approach (vision-oriented milestones) and we create a healthy framework of cooperation between among and the partner organisation, in order to train its people in our methodologies.
We select digital project management tools (Asana, Miro, Slack etc.) to capture all aspects of a project. Timeline, roles, budget, partners’ contacts, graphics, communication plan are all digitally recorded so that they can be used even after the completion of a project.
We implement projects efficiently, fast and in a participatory way. We put special emphasis on recording quantitative and qualitative outcomes. This way, the project can be promoted and used as an inspiring case study. During the implementation of a project, we seriously consider user feedback.
A holistic approach requires a professional Closing phase of the project that includes reports on the project’s quantitative and qualitative results, feedback meetings involving the team that worked on the project, promotion of the results, and proper archiving of all project information.
Your needs are always at the centre of designing the project, along with society’s real needs.
Our goal is for you to become so familiar with project management that… you won’t need us again. 😉
We utilise our experience, our network and our knowledge to save your time and resources.
We collaborate with the Local Government, the public and private sector as well as Civil Society to carry out comprehensive projects.
