A yearly capacity building training of 300+ professionals on the customer service for 200.000 visitors of Thessaloniki International Expo
Every year we train the 300+ staff of Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) with our own human-centered approach and interactive methods, to support them in responding to the needs of a modern exhibition.



As an innovation organisation, we are very proud of our collaboration with Thessaloniki International Fair/Expo. Since 2017, we have been responsible yearly for training 300+ employees during the annual September exhibition, which welcomes more than 200,000 visitors.
Under the guidance of the company’s executives, we design a training program that equips 300 staff with the essential skills and knowledge for the successful customer service of the exhibition. The goal is to ensure that the staff is well-prepared to handle any situation that may arise during the event.
The program includes a comprehensive training plan covering communication, teamwork, customer service, and problem and crisis resolution. It also provides information on safety procedures, emergency protocols, and conflict resolution.
The training lasts for 10 hours, and our team of experts tailor the program according to the specific needs and requirements of each year.
