Pre-payments, Payments, Refunds, Cancellations

You can purchase our services with 1) cash, 2) a valid credit or debit card or with 3) bank transactions.



Workshops or Online Trainings

  • We refund 100% of the fee paid, if the cancellation is made no later than 1 week before the event.
  • We do not provide any refund, if the cancellation is made later than 6 days before the event.


Project Management or Service Design


For these service both parties sign a unique and customized contract with all the relevant details. Please get in contact with us.


Bank Accounting

It is your own responsibility to confirm our bank details before depositing any amount of money. We cannot refund you if you deposited money to a wrong bank.


Bank refund

We can refund you by sending us your bank details. We refund you in the way described above and we do not hold responsibility for any banking fees.

Blog and Articles

In our blog and articles, we may refer to other companies, tools, strategies and pieces of information. We always name our sources and we declare that the interpretation of third parties information is our own suggestion towards the readers of the articles.
