Together with the Association of Ladies of Drama, we designed an organisational strategy with a focus on five key thematics:

▶️ Systemic Thinking: What problem are you solving and what are the roots?
▶️ Work culture & decision making processes
▶️ Partnership management and development
▶️ Communication channels and team capacity
▶️ How to give and receive constructive feedback

A comprehensive strategic plan is a great investment for an organization. At among, we share knowledge and practical tools so that every organization can address its challenges and lay a solid foundation for its plans.

In collaboration with the Association of Ladies of Drama, we designed solutions to the organisational challenges that they face, ensuring that knowledge translates into application. We believe that every organization is unique.

This project was implemented as part of the “To Mobile School Travels” program by the Active Citizens Fund, with the implementing organization being the Association of Mrs. Drama – Open Hospitality House.
