Methodology

Together with Safarni organisation we designed the organisation’s year plan. We delivered a retreat outside Cairo, where the main team found time to reflect, recharge and plan their year ahead.

Impact

Working in another continent was really exciting for us as we got inspired by the Safarni team and their work in Cairo. We shared our experience and knowledge during the planning and we influenced them with our planning methods.
