What was this?

A 5-day interactive bootcamp for 5 start-ups from Israel, Spain, the Netherlands and Greece, in order to strengthen their business knowledge! In collaboration with Industry Disruptors and the EIT Jumpstarter program of the European Institute of Innovation & Technology, that strengthens Europe's ability to innovate through entrepreneurial support.

Methodology

A series of 5 daily courses empowered entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge they needed to strengthen their businesses:
(1) INTRODUCTION TO MANAGEMENT / LEADERSHIP & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
(2) COMPETITIVE LANDSCAPE, GO TO MARKET STRATEGY & HOW
(3) BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS
(4) SERVICE DESIGN & USER EXPERIENCE, (5) ROADMAP & REFLECTION.

Impact

The teams were equipped with practical information to advance to the next stage of their idea, in which they would claim cash prizes and awards of the EIT Jumpstarter program of the European Institute of Innovation & Technology. Designing the business plan during the training strengthened the continuity of their services and the extroversion of their companies.
