Methodology

In this Bootcamp we used the User Journey Mapping tool to investigate and experiment on the audience of the Vafopouleio Cultural Center.

Impact

Dedicated for a weekend, young local professionals invested their time and offered their knowledge to create and test a new audience strategy for the Vafopouleio Cultural Center. Until that time, Vafopouleio only attracted middle-aged people and young parents with kids. So, the aim of the Bootcamp was to see what young people really want, how it can be adjusted to Vafopouleio's strategic plan, and practically, what are the next steps to do so!
