We know that we need to take one step at a time to create positive impact, so we focus on the areas where we have the most expertise but we never miss a chance to improve our skills and share this knowledge with others.
Our story
It all started with a vision: To challenge outdated aspects of the Greek ecosystem and explore a more practical approach to finding answers by learning and applying new methodologies in order to shape change.
Our organisation enables people to create their own path towards innovation and empowers them to start developing solutions to social challenges.
We challenge the way things have always been done. Youthnest envisions a society that invests in collaborative, bottom-up solutions through collective intelligence and a positive, creative mindset. We empower young professionals with Skill Development Training, we bring new methodologies to local communities with our Innovation Toolkit Bootcamps and we design projects on social innovation. Now what?
The vision of our organisation, however, has not changed: We believe that in order to find solutions to many of our communities’ contemporary challenges, it is crucial to invest in cooperation, innovation, empathy and dialogue, combined with meaningful design.
Based on this vision we implement projects, workshops and trainings that create something fresh, while empowering others to do the same.
We want to create a more productive, creative and innovative ecosystem, where we will be proud to live, study and work!
